Rachel joined the band after the others about a year and a half ago. Coma 69 needed a singer and they thought that a girl would make them stand out from other heavy metal bands.

She has a strong, soul-filled voice with the growl along with it - creating a unique, instantly recognisable sound that is a major part of the band's trademark.

Gaz plays the guitar with hard sounds creating the noise that Coma69 demands. With a classic lead sound, Gaz believes you can always make room for a guitar solo!



Rhys plays the bass in Coma 69. He plays the beat to the song which Rachel can sing to. He is the loudest of them all. 

By combining this with moving, melodic bass lines, Rhys' fairly FX-driven sound fits the band perfectly.



Shane plays the drum adding a new drum to the drum kit most weeks. His creative, imaginative rhythms have become a trademark and Gaz & Rhys can instantly lock-in to the groove. Within minutes, a song is born.
